A few weeks later, I chatted with co-hosts Lisabeth Danneels and Emily Gold of The Fine Line Podcast about my winding career journey through food sustainability and why I've landed at a Swedish oat milk company on a mission to convert the world to the deliciousness of plant-based eating.
